Most real estate agents have no idea how to target a blog to local real estate customers. First it takes an understanding of search engine marketing. Second it requires a commitment to focusing on local topics of interest to local prospects. The vanilla “Why you need a real estate agent” type stuff is a waste of energy in my opinion.

Third it takes some imagination and the ability to write. Photos are good, covering local events is good, focusing on local points of interest is good. Agents can build their own “brand” and a blog can be an important part of that process.

Ya having a service website or blog for a real state agents is a boon!Its a very practical approach to gain customers for your niche through blogging, as the world is under the Virtual world spell now and everyone wants each and every service at their computer screen now.And why only real state i think every services and product can be sold online but all you need to have is real knack for it.
